Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed with Colacicco's Grillin' N' Chillin', a sole trader business operating in England & Wales.

1. Ordering

Pre-orders are subject to stock availability at the time of confirmation. We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items of equivalent value or issue a refund.

Smoked meats and platter orders require a minimum of 48 hours' notice before trading. All other items require 24 hours' notice.

2. Payment

Online pre-orders are processed securely via Dojo. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.

3. Collection

All orders are for collection only from the specified trading location on the selected date. We do not offer delivery.

4. Allergens

Our food is prepared in an environment where allergens are present. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. Full allergen information is available on request.

Refund Policy

Colacicco's Grillin' N' Chillin' aims to provide excellent food and service. If something goes wrong, here's how we handle it.

Cancellations by the Customer

• No-shows: Orders not collected on the day are non-refundable.
• 24+ hours' notice: A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel with more than 24 hours to spare.
• Less than 24 hours: Cancellations within 24 hours of the trading session are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a trading session (e.g. due to severe weather or equipment failure), all affected pre-orders will receive a full refund.

Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us on the day. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days.

What We Collect

When you place a pre-order, we collect your name, email address, and order details. Payment card data is processed securely by Dojo and is never stored by us.

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with our payment processor (Dojo) as necessary to complete your transaction.

Data Retention

Order data is retained for up to 6 years for accounting and legal purposes, then securely deleted.
