The Brooksteed is a national award-winning community micropub just behind Worthing station on South Farm Road — a road that used to be called Brooksteed Lane, hence the name. It’s been serving Worthing since 2014, changed hands twice (2017, 2023), and has only got better each time.
Inside you’ll find an ever-changing selection of cask ales and keykeg served direct from a purpose-built cool room, alongside ciders, perry, wines, gin, and quality locally sourced pub snacks. The decor is stylish and quirky, with comfortable areas inside and covered outdoor seating at both the front forecourt and the rear. Community is at the heart of everything here — regular charity events, local partnerships, and a genuine neighbourhood feel that’s hard to fake.
Rated 4.7 on Google from 700+ reviews, The Brooksteed is one of the most loved pubs in Worthing. Evening food vendors are a regular feature outside, making it a natural fit for our van. We’re joining them for a special pop-up on 18 September 2026 — watch this space for more dates.
This is a special one-off pop-up — follow us on social media for news of future dates at The Brooksteed.
