Trading Location

Kingley Gate is one of Littlehampton’s newest residential communities — a 600-home development on the north-west edge of town, built by Barratt Homes and Bellway Homes across the Courtwick area. It’s a proper neighbourhood: families, dog walkers, kids, people who actually know their neighbours. That’s exactly the kind of place we love trading at.
We set up our BBQ van roadside on the estate every Thursday evening. Find us using what3words — ///driven.debate.admiral — or just follow your nose when we’re firing. The location puts you within walking distance of open countryside with views towards Arundel, and the Premier convenience store on Benjamin Grey Drive is just metres from where we set up — handy if you need drinks or extras for the evening.
This is a community pitch, not a pub — so it’s as family-friendly and dog-friendly as it gets. Pull up, grab your food, eat on the go or find a spot to sit. Every Thursday, 5pm–8pm.
We trade every Thursday — dates shown are the next 8 sessions. Follow us on social for any changes or cancellations.

Parking on the estate is limited but free. Look out for bays marked with a V — these are visitor spaces and are the right place to park. Roadside parking is also available and is not enforced, but we ask that you be courteous to residents — don’t block driveways, keep noise down, and drive slowly and carefully through the estate. This is someone’s neighbourhood and we want to be welcome here.
The van is set up roadside on a flat, paved surface — accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs. No steps, no uneven ground, no venue to navigate. Just pull up or walk up and order.
Littlehampton station is around 1.2 miles from the Kingley Gate estate — approximately a 25 minute walk. Southern Rail connects Littlehampton to Worthing, Brighton, Chichester and Portsmouth. A short taxi or bike ride from the station is the easiest option.
The 500, 700, and 9 bus routes serve the Kingley Gate area. The nearest stops are Courtwick Road, Wick and Elspring Mead, Littlehampton — both around 14 minutes’ walk from the pitch. Check Traveline South East for live times.
